Hi, I’m Alina, a Canadian- and Dutch-registered dietitian currently residing in the Netherlands.
I strongly believe that great nutrition can do so much for you! It can boost your energy levels and decrease stress. It can help you run faster, lift heavier and look or feel your best. It can even help you feel healthier, happier, and more productive.
Like most registered dietitians, my knowledge touches all aspects of nutrition. But my expertise lies in sport nutrition and plant-based diets.
When it comes to sport nutrition, I have absorbed the knowledge from some of the best in the field –– including top sport scientists, researchers, and the nutrition experts from the International Olympic Committee.
My clients are diverse, from professional football players and triathletes, to CrossFitters, but also includes non-athletes simply wanting to improve their nutrition. I have helped a variety of people reach their health and performance goals and I can do the same for you.
